Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and children under 18 are not permitted to use our Website. We will delete any information about a child under 18 if we become aware of it.
We collect different types of information about you, including information that may directly identify you, information that is about you but individually does not personally identify you, and information we combine with that of our other users.
Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, billing address, email address, home, work, and mobile phone numbers, date of birth, credit or debit card number (for payment purposes only); information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as traffic data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit to our Website, error information, click data, and other communication data; and information about your Internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details.
In accordance with Article 2, Section VI of the LFPDPPP, we inform you that for the provision of our medical aesthetics services, we may collect and process sensitive personal data, including: health history and pre-existing medical conditions; clinical records related to aesthetic treatments performed; photographs before and after treatments for clinical evaluation purposes.
Sensitive personal data is collected exclusively for the purpose of: evaluating your eligibility for specific aesthetic treatments; designing a personalized treatment plan; monitoring your clinical progress; and complying with the clinical record requirements established by NOM-004-SSA3-2012.
Given the sensitive nature of this data, we will request your explicit written consent before collecting or processing it, in accordance with Article 8 of the LFPDPPP. You have the right to refuse to provide sensitive personal data; however, this refusal may limit our ability to provide certain aesthetic treatment services, as medical evaluation requires access to your health information.
Your personal data will be processed for the following primary purposes, necessary for the provision of our services: scheduling and confirming aesthetic treatment appointments; processing payments and invoicing; creating and maintaining your clinical record in accordance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012; contacting you for post-treatment follow-up; fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations; responding to service inquiries.
Additionally, we will use your personal data for the following secondary purposes that are not necessary for the provision of our services but allow us to offer you a better experience: sending promotions, discounts, and treatment news; conducting satisfaction surveys; sending treatment maintenance reminders; sharing educational content about skincare; and measuring, attributing, and deduplicating advertising conversions when you have given your consent.
If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may send an email to hola@juvenaliabrio.com with the subject line "Revoke secondary purposes." Refusing secondary processing will not affect the provision of our services.
If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address to send a confirmation message. Your subscription starts when you confirm through the link in that message. If you choose the general editorial emails, you will receive one welcome email in your chosen language. If you request the under-eye question checklist, you will receive that checklist and two more welcome emails during the first seven days. After the welcome for your chosen option, you will receive up to two editions a month from Juvenalia Brío about skin and treatments. This purpose is optional. Choosing not to subscribe or unsubscribing does not affect clinic care or access to our public guides.
The form asks only for your email address. It does not ask for health information, medical history, photographs or answers to the checklist questions. We also manage your subscription status, request, confirmation and unsubscribe records, and technical data needed to provide the service, such as IP address and date and time.
To avoid repeating the subscription invitation, we store indicators in your browser of whether it appeared during the session, whether you closed it within the last seven days, or whether a subscription request was accepted. These indicators contain neither your email address nor the topics you have read, and an accepted request is not a confirmed subscription. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser. The form at the end of the article remains available.
We use MailerLite to manage the list and send these emails on our behalf. This service may involve processing data outside Mexico. You can read its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
MailerLite records sending, delivery, bounces and clicks on links in these emails to help us check how the subscription works and whether the content is useful. The confirmation message may also record its opening through a tracking image. We do not send your email address or reading interests to advertising platforms.
You can withdraw consent for these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each message, or by writing to hola@juvenaliabrio.com. Unsubscribing stops the editorial emails and is recorded to respect your choice; it does not itself request deletion of all data. To exercise your access, rectification, cancellation or opposition rights, use the procedure in this notice.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your Personal Data for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose Personal Data to: our affiliates and third-party service providers we use to support our business; a company with which we merge, acquire, or that acquires us; to comply with our legal obligations; and with your consent.
We use Rasayel, Inc. as a messaging provider to manage WhatsApp Business conversations. For the advertising measurement described below, Rasayel provides message events and supports authenticated verification through its API.
In accordance with Articles 35 and 36 of the LFPDPPP, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred to and processed outside Mexico, including in the United States and other jurisdictions in which our providers operate, for the purposes described below:
Supabase Inc. (United States) — database hosting and content management for our Website;
Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and performance optimization;
Google LLC (United States) — website analytics and traffic analysis via Google Analytics, and advertising measurement via Google Ads;
Meta Platforms Inc. and its group companies (United States) — operation of WhatsApp Business and advertising measurement via Meta Pixel;
Rasayel, Inc. — management of WhatsApp Business conversations and technical verification of inbound messages;
OpenAI OpCo, LLC (United States) — measurement of conversions attributed to OpenAI Ads using opaque references and the limited event data described below.
When a transfer relates to optional measurement or advertising technologies, we make it only after you expressly accept those technologies in our banner. You may revoke your consent for international data transfers at any time by contacting us at hola@juvenaliabrio.com with the subject line "Revoke international transfers."
Our Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Essential cookies are required for the Website to function and cannot be disabled. Analytics and advertising measurement technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and OpenAI Ads) are only activated with your explicit consent through our cookie banner. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous performance data without cookies and does not require consent.

Analytical (consent required): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, used for traffic analysis), Meta Pixel (_fbp, used for advertising measurement), and OpenAI Ads (__oppref and, in applicable flows, __obref; opaque attribution references). With your permission, we store an encrypted advertising reference in the first-party cookie __Host-jb-google-acquisition for up to 90 days. This lets us relate a visit from Google Ads to a booking you start later. We also keep an opaque booking reference in your tab's session storage, valid for up to 30 minutes, so we can withdraw it if you change your consent.
When you complete a booking, we may compare that reference with our internal appointment records. To help prevent duplicate conversions, the new measurement flow sends Google a booking reference. This new correlation payload does not include your name, email, phone number, treatment details, or staff details. Private correlation records are deleted or stripped of attribution details within 90 days of the relevant booking handoff or completion, under separate retention controls from the advertising cookie.
With your consent, OpenAI Ads measurement technology may store the first-party attribution cookie __oppref in your browser. This cookie contains an opaque advertising reference. Where applicable, other booking flows may also use __obref, an optional opaque browser reference; the WhatsApp inquiry measurement described here uses only __oppref. These references do not contain the text of your messages.
If you choose to start a WhatsApp conversation from our Website, we may add an opaque marker to the end of the prefilled message that can be used for attribution only for a short period. The marker does not contain your name, phone number, or answers. If you send the message, Rasayel notifies us of the event and our system makes an authenticated API request to confirm that it is an inbound message on the official WhatsApp Business channel. During this measurement process, we examine message metadata and content transiently and solely to locate and validate the marker; the content is not added to our advertising records.
We do not send the message content, your name, phone number, WhatsApp identifier, or other directly identifying information to OpenAI Ads. OpenAI Ads receives only the opaque advertising reference needed for attribution and limited event data, such as the event date and time and the source page. The separate data we hold specifically to correlate, verify, deduplicate, and transmit this advertising event is retained only for short operational periods and is then scrubbed or deleted under our retention controls. The WhatsApp conversation remains subject to our ordinary communications management and retention practices.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data against accidental loss and against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We use encryption technology for information sent and received by us. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure.
You have the right to Access your personal data in our possession and learn about the details of its processing; Rectify your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete; Cancel your data when you consider it is no longer required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy notice, is being used for non-consented purposes, or the contractual or service relationship has ended; and Oppose the processing of your data for specific purposes.
You may exercise your ARCO rights by sending a request to hola@juvenaliabrio.com with the subject line "ARCO Request," including: your full name and contact information; a copy of valid government-issued identification; a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any ARCO right; and any document or information that facilitates locating your personal data.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date the complete request is received. The response will indicate whether the request is valid and, if so, will be executed within 15 business days following the date the response is communicated.
You may revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to hola@juvenaliabrio.com with the subject line "Consent Revocation." Your request will be processed within a maximum of 20 business days.
