Sensitive personal data is collected exclusively for the purpose of: evaluating your eligibility for specific aesthetic treatments; designing a personalized treatment plan; monitoring your clinical progress; and complying with the clinical record requirements established by NOM-004-SSA3-2012.
Given the sensitive nature of this data, we will request your explicit written consent before collecting or processing it, in accordance with Articles 9 and 36 of the LFPDPPP. You have the right to refuse to provide sensitive personal data; however, this refusal may limit our ability to provide certain aesthetic treatment services, as medical evaluation requires access to your health information.
Your personal data will be processed for the following primary purposes, necessary for the provision of our services: scheduling and confirming aesthetic treatment appointments; processing payments and invoicing; creating and maintaining your clinical record in accordance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012; contacting you for post-treatment follow-up; fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations; responding to service inquiries.
Additionally, we will use your personal data for the following secondary purposes that are not necessary for the provision of our services but allow us to offer you a better experience: sending promotions, discounts, and treatment news; conducting satisfaction surveys; sending treatment maintenance reminders; sharing educational content about skincare.
